In the second decade, with two additional top business school degrees in pocket, I worked with European and American firms on transformation, M&A, and people strategy — combining entrepreneurial insight with senior leadership and board advisory.

In the past ten years, I held operational roles — including Managing Director of several entities, Head of HR for six countries, and signatory to regulated banking firms — for one of the world’s largest fintech companies, leading complex transformations with strong outcomes.
